ADILSWILL is a housing project near Zürich. Closed competition.

It consists in 280 apartments divided in 1,2 or 3 extra-rooms plus living room, kitchen and one-two toilets.

the above-mentioned apartments are located within the 9 buildings that make up the project whose shape corresponds to the highest standards of comfort.

The aesthetics of the apartments are defined by their materiality.

It has been decided to use exposed textured concrete in reddish and cremy tones.

The windows of equal length determine the holes in the facade while the lines of the balconies are tried to blend with the image of the facade.
